📜 Terms & Conditions

• The program may change depending on weather conditions and customer safety.

• Cancellation made at least 1 day before travel = no charge.

• Cancellation within 24 hours before activity = full charge.

• If the customer cannot participate due to their own issue (oversleep, late, personal problem), no refund.

• If illness with doctor certificate → customer receives 50% refund.

• Company insurance covers only during tour activities; lost items or valuables are not covered.

• Customers must follow staff instructions for safety at all times.
