Duration: 1 hour.

Morning: pick up at 8.00-15 am.
Program start at 08:30 am.
Drop off at 10:00 am.

Afternoon: pick-up at 11.15-30 am.
Program stats at 12:00
Drop off at 13.30.

Late afternoon: pick-up at 14:45-15.00 program starts at 15:30.
Drop off at 17:00.

📋 Important Safety Guidelines (Guest Briefing)

• Keep your voice low around the elephants

• No outside food or fruit allowed

• Always keep a safe distance

• Touching elephants only with staff permission

• No sudden gestures or loud movements

• Inform staff if you are pregnant

• Alcohol and smoking strictly prohibited

• Help keep the sanctuary clean and plastic-free

• Follow all instructions from mahouts and officers
